Huta Szkła Gospodarczego has been a joint- venture / civil partnership company since 1991. It was formed of /from national company, and was registered on 02.01.1991, in B Register Trade Department of District Court in Bydgoszcz, number 1710. For the first time Irena’s stocks were issued on a stock exchange in Warsaw on 30.01.1992.

At present, initial capital amounts to 17 673 000 PLN and is divided into 5 891 000 shares, each coming to 3 PLN. The company was re-registered to National Court Register in district court in Bydgoszcz on 26.07.2002, number 0000124863.
